Privacy Policy

This policy explains what this site collects when you send a request, why each field is there, and who your details reach. It covers the request form on every page of this site, which is the only way this site takes your details.

What the request form collects

The form asks five multiple choice questions first: what needs to happen to the tub, what kind of tub it is, how it gets out of where it is now, whether the new spot is ready for it, and when it needs to move. It then asks for your name, your phone number, your email address, the property address, its city and state, its ZIP code, and a message in your own words. Your name, a valid US phone number, your email address, the property address and the ZIP code are all required. The city, the state, the message and the answers to the questions are optional, and the form will send without them.

The form also carries a few fields you never see. One records the standing $100 credit against your request, so it is not lost if you forget to mention it. One carries your answers to the questions as readable text. The arrival details described below travel the same way. And one is a trap for automated spam: a person never fills it in, and if it comes back filled in, the submission is discarded.

Why each required field is required

Your name and phone number are how the mover reaches you to look at the job and price it. Your email address is so what we tell you can be put in writing, and because a mistyped phone number with nothing behind it is a request nobody can answer. The ZIP code decides which movers cover the job: matching is done by location, so without it a request cannot be routed to anyone and would simply sit. The property address is the subject of the request, and it is dealt with on its own below.

The property address, and how it is handled

The address is used to match the job to a mover by property rather than by person. For a hot tub it also tells whoever prices the job which town the tub is in, and in the Denver metro that decides which building department, county or community association rules apply to the spot, and whether a crane would be working over a residential street.

It is held, shared and deleted on exactly the same terms as everything else described here, and it is never written into our logs. Our diagnostic records note only whether an address was supplied, never what it was. A street line together with a ZIP code identifies a household, and a partial address in a log is not a redacted address, only a slower one.

If the tub is moving to a second property, put that address in the message. It is handled exactly the same way.

Your answers to the questions, and what we do not ask

The multiple choice answers are sent with your request as readable text, so whoever contacts you has already read what you said rather than asking you to repeat it. They are about the tub, the route out and the new spot, nothing more. We do not ask for payment details, a date of birth or any identity number, and we ask you not to put any in the message. Describe the tub, the way out and where it is going. That is all a mover needs to start.

Where you arrived from

When you first land on this site, your browser records how you got here: the utm source, medium, campaign, content and term values carried on the link, the referring website, the page you landed on, and any advertising click id in the address. It is the first of those we keep rather than the most recent, so a later click inside the site does not overwrite the real source. It is held in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit, is sent with your request if you send one, and is discarded if you do not. It tells us which of our own pages actually help people, and it contains nothing about you personally.

Who your details go to

Your request is sent to GoHighLevel, a customer relationship management system operated on our behalf, where it becomes a contact record with your message and your answers attached and this site recorded as the source. That is the only route a request takes. There is no second delivery path, no email fallback and no third party lead exchange. If that system will not accept your request, the page tells you it did not go through rather than thanking you for something that did not arrive.

From there we pass your details to the local spa mover we match you with for the job. A hot tub move can involve more than one business: a spa mover for the carry, a crane operator where the tub has to go over the house, and a registered electrical contractor for the circuit at the new spot. Where that is the case, your details go to each of them that the job needs, and to nobody else. We do not sell your details, we do not trade them, and we do not add you to mailing lists that have nothing to do with your request.

Analytics and cookies

This site is built as flat pages. It runs no analytics product, sets no advertising cookies, and carries no third-party measurement tags of any kind. The only thing stored in your browser is the arrival information described above, in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when a page opens, and ordinary web server logs record requests in the usual way. If a measurement tag is ever added to this site, this section is updated in the same change.

How long it is kept

A request is kept for as long as it is useful to the job you asked about and to any follow up arising from it, such as a question about the reconnect after the tub has moved, and is then deleted from our system. Ask for it to be deleted sooner and it will be. A mover or electrician you were introduced to keeps their own record under their own terms, and deleting ours does not delete theirs, so ask them directly as well.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also tell any business we introduce that you do not want to be contacted again, and that instruction stands on its own whatever you have told us.

Getting in touch about this policy

Use the request form on this site and say that your message is about privacy. It arrives in the same place as every other request and it will be answered.
