Parker is an incorporated town with its own permitting, and it lists hot tubs alongside gas lines, air conditioners, furnaces and water heaters as installations that need a permit. If your neighborhood has an HOA and it asks for a plan of the proposed improvement, the town's own advice is to get the approved plot plan for your property from Community Development and mark the tub on it, which saves drawing a site plan from scratch.
